The book is thorough in its presentation. The author took a good approach to presenting the material in such a way that the reader will learn by association. Clear images are presented to help facilitate the learning process for the reader. Taking a course in basic anatomy would be helpful prior to reading this book.

This book is good if you want to know exactly what action each muscle performs in the human body. It is listed as a reference for the National Certification Examination for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. It is quite good for the kinesiology portion of the NCETMB. Michael Knapp has taught undergraduate and graduate auditing courses for more than thirty years. He has developed numerous online CPE courses that focus on a wide range of auditing topics, including the COSO internal control framework, the most common types of accounting frauds, and the impact cognitive biases have on the quality of professional audit services. Professor Knapp has also testified in several major litigation cases involving accounting and auditing issues. For three years, he served as a consultant with the FBI on a major white collar criminal case. Recently, he accepted an invitation from the FBI to speak at a national conference attended by more than 500 FBI agents and other federal law enforcement officers. His honors at the University of Oklahoma include, among many others, the Harold E. Hackler Outstanding MBA Professor (determined by a vote of OU's MBA students), the Outstanding Oklahoma Accounting Educator (awarded by the Oklahoma Society of CPAs), the Delta Sigma Pi Professor of the Year (awarded by the OU undergraduate business students' honor society), the David Ross Boyd Professorship (a university-wide designation for teaching excellence awarded to one professor annually), and the McLaughlin Chair in Business Ethics.

There are people who "taste a woman" because they have to. There are people who "taste a woman" because they want to. I'm a definite "want to taste a woman" person and I loved reading about people who love this part of a woman as much as I do. This is pure erotica, and every story is about the worship of a woman's lips. I say worship because this is exactly what it is. This is much more than just a passing lick and kiss, it's more like a reverence. The stories are very descriptive and will make you salivate at all the different techniques people use.

Very Tastefully Selected

All of the stories were well written and the order in which they appeared make you want to have another taste. I feel that Rachel Kramer Bussel does an excellent job of selection when she puts together an anthology. I feel that as an avid reader of Women's Erotic Literature, that more males should partake of this genre as women seem to have a real knack at writing erotic, and this is a good book to begin with. I have read stories by many of the writers included here and would recommend them all. A lot to learn between these pages.

For anyone who is an enthusiast of going down on a woman, this anthology is a winner. For any woman who's ever wondered why someone would want to go down on her, this book provides glimpses at the answer from many different angles. Many different authors provide their perspective on this wonderful and loving act. It has been a long tome since I have read a collection where so many of the stories may turn out to be favorites of mine.

Review: Best historical series I have ever read! Having visited many of the civil war sites, it is so easy to picture the events that take place in Ginny Dye's series. I have learned so much of how the people who fought and died and suffered during this tragic event in our history! What a waste of American lives....The love interests in the story were told in a wonderful way. Finished Dark Chaos and just bought the 5th in the series!!

Review: I absolutely love this series by Ginny Dye! I read a lot of books about the Civil War, and this series makes you really think about so many things, both large and small, that took place during those years. I have learned so much about things I never stopped to really think about and have a much better appreciation for what they endured for so long. It has really changed my thinking on many issues, and for the better!

Review: As usual I enjoyed every word. It is interesting, entertaining and suspenseful. I dread the end of the series because I enjoyed it so much. You picked a very important time in history. It helps us learn more about the battles, conditions and thoughts of people at that time. It is a lot more interesting to learn from Historical fiction than a boring text book. Great Job!

Ginny would love to get to know every single person who reads her books. Since that isn't possible she can at least let you get to know her a little. Born in North Carolina, she is a wanderer at heart. She has lived all over the United States, exploring every state and having wonderful adventures along the way. She has managed horse ranches in Texas and Oregon; worked with teenagers all over the country (she love them!), and has hiked, biked, rafted and played in every locale she could.

She loves all the beaches, deserts, woods, and mountains she has traveled through but when she discovered Washington, she discovered home. Her heart is at home there with the snow covered mountains; the glistening waters of the Pacific; the eagles and Orca whales; the towering fir trees surrounding her home; and the miles of trails on her own Magic Mountain.

Everywhere she looks inspires her to be all she can be - to follow and achieve all the dreams of her heart! She managed to write and publish 16 books along the way. She enjoys writing many different genres but admits Historical Fiction is her favorite. Better than a History Book

I'd just finished reading my advance copy of Joseph's Dream, the World War I epic by Elana Beth Schwab (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1505823692) when I found Dark Chaos, another excellent war novel with a strong Judeo-Christian moral stance, and harsh realism that makes the battle scenes exciting without romanticizing war.

Dark Chaos is a well-balanced ensemble piece, with each of the prinicipal characters getting almost equal “screen-time.” Even the marriage of Carrie and Robert is fully explored from both perspectives. We see the American Civil War through the eyes of a woman doctor, a black Union soldier, a Northern journalist, a captain in the Confederate army, a plantation owner, a schoolteacher in a black refugee camp, a woman suffragist, and a former slave. We follow the course of the war week by week thoroughout 1863 and 1864. The battle scenes are the best part of Dark Chaos, because in every major battle, an important character that the reader is emotionally invested in is fighting on each side. This is an unusual approach in war fiction. The theatrical drama and the moral complexity of the story are greatly increased because the reader doesn't know which side to root for.

History wonks will enjoy the detailed descriptions of a Southern military prison, a refugee camp for escaped slaves, a street riot in New York, a deserted plantation, and a black battalion in the Union army. There are lyrics from Civil War era popular songs, assasination attempts against Jefferson Davis, wartime improvements in shipbuilding technology, prisoner exchanges, even battlefield weather reports and the name of Stonewall Jackson's horse! This book explains aspects of the Civil War that I with my college coursework in US history had never even heard of – for example, the mercenary British sailors who despite England's formal neutrality, ran through the Union naval blockade in order to make huge profits in Southern cotton.

If you're looking for romantic fiction, you might find that Dark Chaos gets a tiny bit dry and expository in places. However the characters are engaging, the story is amusing, and the book is well worth reading simply on the grounds that it explains the Civil War better than most history books.

I have read many books, both fiction and non-fiction about this great battle ... Ginny's stories are an easy read and very authentic. They give 'real life' accounts of what families and our country went through, giving you a true sense of history. I highly recommend!

Outstanding historical detail!

And this amazing story continues with the fourth book of The Bregdan Chronicles. Dark Chaos is filled with turmoil of the times as the north continues to wage war against the south. I must mention that even though these books are quite long, the pacing is so good that they read as a much shorter story.

This edition of this saga starts out on a happy note with Carrie at long last marrying Robert Borden. Unfortunately that does not last long. General Lee needs him to lead his men in the defense of, yet again, another assault on Richmond. The day after their wedding, Carrie has to kiss him goodbye and live in fear that he will not make it through the upcoming battle.

Dark Chaos covers the period from the spring of 1863 to the following spring. Up to this point the south has come out the victor in most of the battles, but the tide turns when Grant takes over the Army of the West with Joseph Hooker as the Commander of the Army of the Potomac.
After a decisive victory over Hooker at Chancellorsville, Lee marches his army north, while Robert is sent on a diplomatic mission to England. While he is disappointed when Carrie decides to stay in Richmond instead of joining him, he accepts her decision, knowing his strong-willed wife will not change her mind.

Robert is safe in England when Lee suffers a huge defeat at Gettysburg and Grant is victorious in his campaign to take Vicksburg, gaining control of the Mississippi, cutting the south in half. Unfortunately Carrie and Robert’s friend from Philadelphia, Matthew Justin, is not and ends up back in Libby prison.

While Dark Chaos has many dark moments, the love between the various couples grows stronger. We see Moses as a leader of the black soldiers, Matthew making a daring escape with Carrie and Robert’s help, Robert barely making it through the perilous crossing from England back to his wife’s waiting arms and Rose continuing in her effort to educate the children in the Contraband Camp.

What I love about these books is the chance to see a different perspective on the Civil War. One that shows the turmoil and chaos surrounding the issue of slavery, a story that shows how black and white fought for the freedom of slaves. Even though many in the north do not treat the blacks any better than the south does, men like Moses stay strong in their belief that at the end of this terrible war will be a new day.

At the close of this addition in this epic tale, Carrie is again facing the possibility of losing Robert forever, as once again Richmond is in danger. This is another story rich with history and filled with deep emotion. Now, I shall continue on with the next story in this outstanding series. Happy reading!
