Disappointing first issue

OK story & artwork, wanted to read this to see what John Woo could do with a comic series. The story and art are both just OK and we were glad to get to read it for free.
This is the first story we read from John Woo, hopefully if he keeps doing comics & graphic novel the story telling will improve. Thought with the help of Garth Ennis helping with the story, that it would have been better. The artwork was also just OK & lacked to add anything to the story.
The artwork of this comic issue looked good on our Kindle, the colors were bright and the art looked sharp. Some of the text could always be a little bigger, but you can zoom in to fix that if you need.
Pros:
Lacking story line
Decent artwork
Free, complete issue
& Looked nice on our Kindle
Cons:
Parts of the text could be larger
Overall, we were glad to read this for free, will probably not look for another issue; and would not recommend it most comic book or graphic novel readers.

I would keep reading it. It has a good measure of intrigue. And has peaked my curiosity enough to buy a second comic.
